THe sHOUT OUT of the DAY: Wee said that this is a time for celebration and tonite the UVU Turning Point class of 2008 celebrated the compleetion of the Personal and Professional Development Management Courses.
.
The program tonite started out with a "Shoe and Tell" demonstration. Following the demonstration a board game was played and wee really don't understand how it is played however wee do know that there arr these wonderfull magical numbers that one must play to win.
.
There was a dinner and time set a side so everyone could share his/her collage which depicted the "umph" of each individual collage maker. Then there was time to hug and say our thanks and goodbyes with the hope of seeing each ohter again soon.
.
Tonites dinner had a Mexican theme and everything was delicious (thanks to the students). One student brought a big pot of spaghetti (must be because she is from Germany). Debber said that the spaghetti was extra yummy and she ought to know casue she is a spaghetti lover and was telling us just last nite that she sure wished she has a big pot of spaghetti) Ooooh!
A special thanks to Gaila for organizing
the greet dinner for this evening's celebration.
You did a supercalafragalistic job!
.
Very special worm harted thanks from teh students were given tonite to the three wonderfull teachers, Peggy, Shauna, and Ruth, who made the Turning Point experience meaningful and memorable for the students. (And that certainly was the case!)
.
The students who attended tonite's closing social were (names arr given in alphabaptize order):
.
Alisha
Connie
Deborah
Gaila
Henriette
Jeneal
Jill
Kim
Leslie
Lori
Mannela
Marleen
Nellie
Rose
Sheila
Susan
...and a fun time was had by all.
.
PSSSS.PSSSS. Debber would like us to encourage everyone to stay in touch. You can always leeve comments on our bloog or e-mail Debber in care of us at: thezackandannablog@yahoo.com.

Kitty Massage

The Shout oUt of the DAY: Thanks Debber! Yesterday Debber gave us (ZAck and Anna) a full body kitttty massage. Ooooh, we just love it when she doos that. She takes her time and makes sure she massages arr joints and tail too. Oh yeah, the ears - the ears arr our favorite. WEe feel like we are in kitty heaven. Wee can tell you right NOW that your pets will love it when you give them a massage. It is such a nice expression of love as well as an aid in stress relief....for both you and your pet. Check out our Amazon link to search the book HOW TO MASSAGE YOUR CAT by Alice M. Brock. It's FuNY!
...
On a more serious note for the TIP of THE DAY go to amazon.com and check out other books on "Pet CAre." Search words like, pet massage, pet care, playing with your pet, happy pets, first aid for pets, etc. Remember that us pets need a LOT of taking care of.....a lot of attention. We need more than fud and water. Much more than fud and water. If you are not sure what your pet needs talk to a veterinarian, read an animal care book, check out animal care weebsites on the Internut. Your pets will appreciate it. Parents, make caring for the family pets FUN and remember YOU set the example and this will help your family to have happy-healthy pets and happy healthy children. YYY

Come back soon and view our photo show.

Wee will be displaying photos of when we were babies and on the day after our adoption.

Debber (one of the wonderful humans who adopted us) takes these Turning Point classes through UVU. We understand they are awesome. Just totally awesome. She tells us tonite that in her class her teacher, Miss Ruth, gave the class a math problem where the real objective was to see how well the class could negotiate. Well, we won't go there other than to say that Debber said that the class was a blast as well as a really eye opener for her. Yeah, sHe found out that she gets really excited when she plays "math games".

SHOUT OUt of THe DaY: Definitely the shout out of the day goes to Debber's really cool awesome teachers (Peggy, Ruth and Shauna) and her fellow classmates in the Turning Point Program at the newly named UVU! The students arr being taught to "center" themselves. What ever that means - hopefully Debber will stop walking into door jams and running into walls (literally).

You GUYs ROCK!!!

Tip pf the DAy: Keep thunking happy thoughts and smile real big. (Smile at someone who "really needs it." :-) Wee promise it may bring a smile to that person's face and heart and it will make your daY.

Baby Rhonda

Art by Zack / Medium: Digital Art Piant and Adobe Photoshop 2008
WHO IS IT?

I have never seen anything like it!
She splashes, she wiggles and dashes!
She goes up and down and all around.
She acts like she's out on the town!
She is faster than a daster!
Oh my, gosh! This is hog "wash."
She not only splashes, but she splishes!
I am getting dizzy and she is turning kapishisses!
Who am I talking about?
You would think it is a trout!
But, no! It is Baby Rhonda! Baby Rhonda?
When she takes a bath in her bathtub...
That's right.....A rub, a dub, dub.
It is like magic, she turns into a FISH.
I guess that is dandy, just like candy.
As long as she....in the tub....doesn't go "pish."

SHOUT OUT of the day: Hay, the shout out of the day goes to the Perry Family. Cortty, Willie and Dee Wayne, form Roosevelt, droove three hours just to see me (ZAck). You guys looked greet! Thanks for stopping by. Sorry that Anna was having a shy day and hid under the bed. What can I say other than my tail is much longer than hers. I appreciated you noticing that I have lost weight. That Sharoonie has been fuding us this really healthy fud - the nutritious and low cal kind. I guess it is doing the trick.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
TIP of the DAY: You can not loose weight on "maintenance" cat fud. If you buy the stuff that helps you not gain weight, but only maintain your weight it won't work. Trust us -we know. It has to be the low calorie stuff....like less calories than what you have been eating. I will be the first to admit it isn't easy. What you do is start out by mixing a little bit of the new fud with the custom fud and eventually end up with all the new stuff. This works - be patient and give it some time. Wee have a wonderful site to share with you to help your cat or dog loose weight if need be. Check out it out on the rite: "Overweight Dogs and Cats" Enjoy and remember to limit the number of mouse tidbits you eat. (Mummm, I love them little feets!)
Our favorite sports to watch arr gymnastics and Wally Ball. Oh yea, we also enjoy watching bad mittens (bad, bad, mittens) and table ball. We do nut like the Running of the Bulls and wish the Olympics' committee wood disqualify that sport as an Olympic eVent.
Just thunk if dogs were allowed in the Olympics World GAmes there wood have to be an event called "Chasing Your Tails." How funny it that? LOL
Today's Tip: Be sure to keep clean between your toes. The Tip of the DAy: ENJOY LIFE! Make sure you do everything to help your pets enjoy their lives. Make sure you give HUGS and Bugs (depending on if your pets likes buGS of course) to your pets everyday. It just takes a littttle time to hug, pet, brush and play with your pets. Your animals will love you back tenfold. While loving your pets and attending to there needs everyday you can use this time to teach your children compassion and responsibility. Make caring for your animals FUN and rewarding for both your family and your pets. :-)
I, Zack, loves to chases after things. Whooo, it is fun. I run fast and do jumps in the air. I am good! I love it when my family plays with me by throwing little balls and toy mice. Well, I, ANNA, loves to be brushed and spend time outside (in our fenced yard) with my family. I also love that catnip. It makes me really really really HAppy! What do some of you pets out there enjoy? Wee wood LOVE to hear form you!!!
P.S. Our family changes arr litter boX twice a day. Once in the morning and once at nite. Now that is really LOVE. (It also keeps us clean and our home clean.) Try it and you will find your pets and you are happier and healthier.
THe Shout out of the Day goes to: Mooly and Alley the two doogs who left us a comment and said that they live up the street. You guys live down the street (down) the street. Get it? WEE are shouting at you - can you hear us? "Eat beans" to Mooly and Alley form two cool cAts, ZAck and Anna.
CAT DIARY
Day 983 of my captivity: My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects. They dine lavishly on fresh meat, while the other inmates and I are fed hash or some sort of dry nuggets. Although I make my contempt for the rations perfectly clear, I nevertheless must eat something in order to keep up my strength. The only thing that keeps me going is my dream of escape. In an attempt to disgust them, I once again vomit on the carpet.
Day 985: Today I decapitated a mouse and dropped its headless body at their feet. I had hoped this would strike fear into their hearts, since it clearly demonstrates what I am capable of. However, they merely made condescending comments about what a 'good little hunter' I am. There was some sort of assembly of their accomplices tonight. I was placed in solitary confinement for the duration of the event. However, I could hear the noises and smell the food. I overheard that my confinement was due to the power of 'allergies.' I must learn what this means, and how to use it to my advantage.
Day 986: Today I was almost successful in an attempt to assassinate one of my tormentors by weaving around his feet as he was walking. I must try this again tomorrow -- but at the top of the stairs. I am convinced that the other prisoners here are flunkies and snitches. The dog continues to receive special privileges. He is regularly released - and seems to be more than willing to return.
He is obviously a goofus head!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Ohhhhhh, yes! Wee wood like to THAnk, Lor form CA, for sending this informative empirical study to us today. I think there is a lot we can all learn form this study. THAnK you again, LOr, for the important piece and your time to send iT to us.

The Important Tip of th e DAy: 3 words: nutter, nutter, nutter, nutter and nutter. If you have your pets nutterred and sprayed you will be showing them Greet LOVE and CAre. Note only will there be less homeless petS you will be giving your pets a chance for better health and a longer life. SOOOO please nutter and spray your pets. In the long run they will thank you for it.

The SHout Out of the day: Hey you, Wendy Sue of UT, for sharing your backyard and babysitting your neighbor's goat, mule and Shetland pony. We hear you adopted a stray cat in your neighborhood too (think in came with the house you bought.) You and your daddy have a GOOd heart. Keep up the good life! You will be bleesed!

Just as the tittle implies

"Wee arr Cool cats."

Wee arr the Coolest of catS! Wee arr twiners. Arr story started out to be a sad one. Wee came form a ferrell neighborhood and wee siblins were snatched up when wee babies were just 3 weeks old. Our mama had gone to live with the angles in Kitty Heaven. What a traumatic experience! However because of what happened neXt wee have had wonderful lives. Wee were "adopted" by a wonderful family. For many weeks we were bottle fud kitten formula every 2 too 3 hours (day and nite). Kitten formula cost around $4,87o.50, we think (tHat is just how much our new family loved us!). Our neW Mudder would go to our local pet supplies store for arr kitten needs. Wee have growed up to be BIG and healthy COOL cats!!! Wee (Zack) weighs 17 pounds and (Anna) is 19 pounds. (I am an "IT" girl!) Wee think we have the breed "Rag DOLL" in are bloods. (Well, I am Zzack and I am ALL That!) We arr both hoT!!!

Please come back soon and visit us again. Wee have soooo much more to tell you about ourselves. Wee will be sharing really really really great stuff on our bloog. We would love to hear about all you other COOL animals. ANIMALS ROOK!!!

We would like to leave you first with arr tip of the day: When ever you go to a pet store (like Pet's Mart or Petco) for your pet's supplies be sure to ask about the donation program to help the adoption of animals. Remember even a dollar or 2 will add up and help bring much happiness to animals and humans in your community. Donating at the pet supply stores makes it so easy and fun to HELP!

Now for the SHOUT OUT of the day: Hay you, Sig and Babe (adopted Gay Hounds) living in SAn Diego, CA. Wee arr soooooooo happy for you and your new family the Underwoods. Keep up the good work by sharing your adoption stories with everyone and all.
